Οι επιβεβαιωμένες κρατήσεις μπορούν να ακυρωθούν χωρίς χρέωση μέχρι και 14 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία της άφιξης. Για ακυρώσεις 13 ημέρες έως 1 ημέρα πριν την ημερομηνία της άφιξης χρεώνεται το ποσό της προκαταβολής . Για ακυρώσεις την ημέρα της άφιξης ή σε περίπτωση που δεν αφιχθεί ο πελάτης χρεώνεται το 100% του συνολικού ποσού χρέωσης της κράτησης.

Περιορισμός ευθύνης
Σε καμία περίπτωση το ξενοδοχείο Minoa Palace Resort ή οι εκπρόσωποί της δεν φέρουν ευθύνη για οποιαδήποτε απώλεια εσόδων ή ζημία ή βλάβη ή αποζημίωση, άμεση ή/ και έμμεση, θετική ή/ και αρνητική, συνδεδεμένη με οποιονδήποτε τρόπο με τη χρήση του Δικτυακού Τόπου ή του Ηλεκτρονικού Καταστήματος.

Εφαρμοστέο Δίκαιο- Αρμοδιότητα
Για κάθε διαφορά ή διένεξη που τυχόν προκύψει μεταξύ το ξενοδοχείο Minoa Palace Resort και του επισκέπτη/ χρήστη στα πλαίσια χρήσης του Δικτυακού Τόπου ή/ και συναλλαγής από το Ηλεκτρονικό Κατάστημα, εφαρμοστέο συμφωνείται το Ελληνικό Δίκαιο και αρμόδια ορίζονται τα Δικαστήρια των Χανιών .
