SPA INFO
• The spa & wellness center is designed to provide ultimate relaxation & tranquility. All areas of the spa, including gym and indoor pool are for guests who are at least 16 years of age.
• Cell phones are not allowed in the spa area.
• Please make your appointments in advance, in order to ensure availability.
• You may request a male or female therapist, although we may not be able to guarantee the availability at the time of the treatment.
• Arrival at the spa is 15min prior to your scheduled therapy that will give you enough time to change into your robe and slippers & relax. Arriving late may limit the time of your treatment.
• During your first consultation with the spa receptionist, please inform us if there is any special health condition we need to know.
• There are lockers that you may use to keep your clothes, however we strongly recommend to keep your valuables in your room’s safe box. The spa personnel are not responsible for losses or forgotten item.
• If you wish to cancel your scheduled treatment, please inform the spa receptionist at least 5 hours prior. In any other case you will be charged with 50% of the cost of the treatment.
